Delete your account

In the app

1. 1Open the GetBeauty app and log in.
2. 2Tap Profile, then Edit profile.
3. 3Open Privacy & travel.
4. 4Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.

Doctors and clinics: write to info@getbeauty.ai from the email address of your account, or use the form.

What happens

• Right away: your account is closed and you can no longer log in.
• Within 30 days: we delete your profile, photos, health details, requests, messages, routine and app activity.
• Kept only where the law requires: invoices and payment records of bookings you paid for, for as long as tax law requires (usually up to 10 years). They are not used for anything else.
